How can I retrieve my memories?

A full export of your photos, videos and audio messages is not yet available in the app. Keep your original files. Contact support.

How do capsules work?

Collect messages and choose an opening date. Your capsule stays locked until that date. Create your album to get started.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can request cancellation from your account. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. To prepare a copy of your memories, contact support before that period ends. Read the terms
